"Hi! This is Zak with Expert Village, and today I’m going to talk to you about troubleshooting your printer if you have a printer jam. Common problems that cause printer jams include loading too much paper into the tray. As you can see, this printer has a bar that comes up to the side of your paper this indicates how much paper you should have loaded. We have way too much paper loaded into this one. As you can see I can move it without restraint from that bar. So make sure that the paper you have loaded is not too much and also make sure that you don’t have too thick of a paper loaded or your printer isn’t setup properly. Another thing to check for is if you’ve made sure the paper is the right kind and there’s not too much loaded is to look down and see if there’s any pieces of paper left in here, little pieces of scrap paper. Also, dust is a good indicator that the paper is slipping and jamming, so make sure that your printer stays clean and dust free."
