How to make Pecan Pie with Jello Pudding.
It's moist, and not as dry as any other pecan pie. Everytime I make this I get raves and requests for the recipe.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1- 3-1/4 oz. package Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup white Karo corn syrup
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1- 8 inch pie shell
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, slighty beaten
  1. Step 1

    Blend pudding with evaporated milk.
Add Karo corn syrup and egg, stirring to blend well.
    Add pecans.

  2. Step 2

    Pour into pie shell.

  3. Step 3

Bake at 375 degrees, or until top begins to crack.
    About 40 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • Moist Pecan Pie,not like most that seem to be too dry.
  • Can also use walnuts.
  • DO NOT use instant Jello Pudding Mix.
