Things You’ll Need:

• Cell phone
• Calendar
• Time
• Dates

1. Open your cell phone and go to the "tools" menu. This is accessed by pressing the right and left buttons. It may also be accessed by pushing the button located directly on your screen, depending on the make and model of the cell phone.
2. Find the choice that states "calendar". Select, and then press "OK".
3. Go to the calendar for the current month. Press the arrow key to move forward to view a future month.
4. Press a date on the calendar, using the arrow keys. This will bring up a screen to schedule appointments, reminders and other pertinent information.
5. Add an event using your keypad. Include information such as date, time, end date and subject. Use the repeat option for recurring events. Press "save" when you have activated the appropriate alarm settings.
6. Repeat for each event, birthday, anniversary, appointment or other memorable dates. You can even use the feature to record events that occur during a specific time of year. Use the "repeat event" for birthdays and other holidays.
