How to Make an Origami Turtle
Origami is the ancient Japanese art of paper folding. Origami animals are fun to make for both children and adults. This is a time-honored tradition, and many designs are often passed on for generations. This endearing turtle is easy to make. Once you master the simple folds, you'll be able to create origami turtles in about five minutes.
Instructions

1
Fold the paper in half diagonally.
-
2
Open the paper back up, and fold flaps to the center line.

3
Fold the bottom point up to the top point.

Unfold it. Refold the bottom point to about halfway to the top point. Fold the bottom point to the crease created by that fold.
-

Fold the top point to the middle of the two flaps. Then fold the bottom of the top point back up. This is called a mountain valley fold, and this creates the turtle's head.

Fold the inner flaps out.

7
Bring the bottom tip halfway up.
-
8
Fold the bottom tip down half way to form a tail.
-

Fold the two upper edges towards the inside to create feet.
-

Turn the paper over to see your finished turtle.
