Insert a statement stating that you would be interested in exchanging website links. Ask the webmaster if they would be interested in exchanging links.
3. Save the email to your drafts folder or in a folder that you can store it to use again in the future. This way you do not have to retype the email letter each time you would like to exchange links with a website.
4. Visit websites that you are interested in or that have similar content to your website, and contact the webmaster. Find the email address that belongs to the webmaster and insert it into the "to" field of the email. Send the email.
