Instructions

    • 1

Buy a bulletin board or a roll of cork board. You could find either at your local office supply store, variety stores and some craft stores.

    • 2

Spray paint the board. Pick an eye-catching color or one that suits the room where you plan to hang your notice board.

    • 3

Decoupage the edges. For example if you work in publishing and are making one for the office kitchen, choose the pages of an old book to frame your board.

    • 4

Pick interesting buttons or charms from old jewelry to adorn the thumbtacks for the board. Select old typewriter or computer keys for that board in the publishing house office.

    • 5

Glue the objects to the flat part of the tacks with e6000 glue and let them dry with the pointy part of the tack facing up.

    • 6

Stick your tacks into the board and hang.
