Step 1
Set up the Ab Swing correctly. If you are setting up your Ab Swing machine for the first time, follow the assembly directions meticulously. Double check the assembly steps as you complete them.

Sit down on the Ab Swing seat while grasping the handles. The handles help you to balance on the seat. Make sure you’re centered on the seat so that your weight is evenly distributed on the equipment.

Slip your feet into the foot holders.

Adjust your sitting position so that you’re near the edge of the seat and your legs are straight.

Raise your feet, keeping your legs straight, and you’ll feel your abdominal muscles being exercised. Lower your feet and repeat. Keep a pace that feels comfortable while at the same time creating a “burning” sensation in your abdominal muscles. It’s the “burning” sensation that tells you that you’re using the abdominal muscles.

Step 6
Stop after the manufacturer’s suggested amount of exercise time or when you cannot continue. Repeat daily to get the most out of the Ab Swing exercise machine.
