How to Use an iPod Touch

Using an iPod Touch is simple. All it takes is a little patience and a willingness to learn to do something different. Take some time to get to know your new gadget before you give up. Don't be too hard on yourself, and you'll be an expert at using your iPod in no time!

Instructions

1. Turn on your iPod. If this is your first time, take the time to set up your iPod.

2. On the main screen, you will see buttons representing the different applications. Touch the "Safari" button to open your web browser, making sure that you are connected to the Internet. Take time to read the directions on how to navigate using your fingers.

3. Turn your screen to the side, noticing how the device will rotate the screen as you do it.

4. Close "Safari" and return to the main screen. Touch the "Music" button. This will open up the MP3 player. You can use the cover flow option to view album artwork and flip through your music with your finger like you are flipping album covers.

5. Click on "Maps." When you are connected to the Internet, you can use this feature to look up Google maps. It works the same as any other website.
