      Upload photos or find clip art using Microsoft Word. If using Adobe Photoshop, you can transfer graphics and other pictures into a word document or Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. Align pictures where you want them to appear in the final draft of your document.

      Click the 'Insert' tab. Find 'Word Art.' Click on this tab. You will be able to choose from a number of headline designs. Once you choose the design you want, type in the text. Click OK. It should appear above the picture. Re-size the text by changing the font size. You can also change the font color if necessary.

      To add the text to your picture, click on the text. Find the tab that reads "Word Wrapping." Click on this tab and choose the new position for the text. For most documents, you will choose "In Front of Text." This allows you to move the text anywhere on the picture.

      Once you have the text in place, save the document so you can make additional changes or to add the page to your slide show presentation. If creating a website, upload the completed page to the design software you're using or to the web host.
