Things You'll Need:
- Two 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts
- One 6 oz tub of light sour cream
- 1 cup light mayonaise
- 1 pkg Knorr dry vegetable mix
- 1 pkg Mrs. Grass vegetable mix

Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together in medium mixing bowl.

Step 2
Chill for one hour in refrigerator

Step 3
Transfer into serving dish or choice (glass, bread bowl, etc) Serve with crackers or pieces of pumpernickel and sourdough bread.
