It is in your best interest to purchase a firearm for self-protection and also get a concealed weapons permit in Alabama that will allow you to carry your firearm on your person while in the line of duty.

Maintain a clean record. In order to become a bounty hunter in Florence, Alabama you'll have to sign a written statement to the effect that you haven't been convicted of any felonies or "a crime involving moral turpitude."
