How to Create an Email Account with MSN

1. On the MSN homepage you will see "Hotmail" on the left side. Click on that to go to the email setup page.

2. Click on the "Sign-Up" tab to create your new email account.

3. Make your choice. Choose between Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Service (includes hotmaill). You can view the different features each one offers so you can determine which one is right for your needs. When you decide you want to click on "Get It."

4. Fill in the required information, the ones marked with a '*', and choose an ID which will also be your email address. Choose the "check availability tab" to see if the address you have chosen has already been taken.

5. Accept or Decline. Once you fill in the vital information click on the "I Accept" tab at the bottom of the page. You then have a choice of either the "classic version" or the "full version" of hotmail. The full version requires a broadband connection. Once you decide this you are ready to start emailing friends, giving them your new address.
