    1. NO TELEVISION: This weekend there is no television and sitting around the house snacking in junk food. We are going to burn some fat. Call a friend and tell her you read this great eHow article and you are motivated to lose some weight.

    2. WEIGH YOURELF: Find a scale and get on it. How much do you weigh? Yeah, I know, I know. That's why we are here, right? Write down that number. Now here is the trick: You want that number to be less come Monday morning before you leave the house for work. Even if it is 1 pound lower. Just lower. Not higher.

    3. TIME TO GO WALKING: Find a place to walk. Around the block. In the park. Whatever. Now you are going to be a professional walker. I want you to walk 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the afternoon and another 30 minutes at night. Walk; don't run. I want you to sweat and burn some fat.

    4. SALAD, SALAD AND MORE SALAD: Try to eat salads this weekend. Drink a lot of water. When you are not exercising, read, go see a movie (no popcorn --- eat a salad before the movie) and keep busy. Go walking on Saturday and Sunday. Yes, both days.
