Most people want to be a better basketball. Most players envision themselves as the next Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, etc. If you are like me you have envisioned hitting that last second three to win the championship. While these things are great, most of us don't know how exactly to reach that goal. i'm here to help you realize your goal, whether it is top make your junior high school, high school, or college team, whether it is to become a force on your team, my methods, if followed, will help you to become the player you have always wanted to become

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Basketball sneakers
  • shorts
  • great positive attitude
  • an understanding of the game of basketball
  • gym, or park, etc.

Step1
the first thing we want to do every time we get ready to play or practice the game of basketball is that we want to stretch. The purpose of stretching alllows us to get our bodies and minds into the frame of mind that's needed to play this game at the highest level and intensity that you can possibly have
Step2
Once you've finished stretching, take into consideration, what is your goal for the upcoming practice. Are you an athletically gifted player that it is trying to get to the next level. In that case you would decide to work on your legs and the strengthening of them. If you are trying to be a point guard, then you would choose to work on activities that strengthen your court vision and overall duties as a point guard
Step3
Put in the extra time for practice. If you scheduled for an hour of practice, do two. In this game, its not about what you do, its about how committed are you to the game and how far are you willing to push yourself

Tips & Warnings

  • If you get hurt, TAKE THE TIME OFF!!!! to many guys believe that playing through injury proves your dedication. While this may be somewhat true, playing through pain is not the same as playing through injury and i would advise you to take a break and rehabilitate
