Things You'll Need:
- Avocados: depending on how much guacamole you want to make. For a snack for me, I use one small avocado.
- Salsa: I buy the salsa with big tomato chunks.
- Garlic Powder
- Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
- A bowl to mix all the ingredients together
- A fork or spoon
-
Step 1
Clean the avocado!!! After you have washed it off, cut it in half and scoop out the inside. You can take the pit out because you won't need it anymore. I have heard that if you put the pit in the bowl with the guacamole, it makes it last longer. I wouldn't know. My guacamole never lasts long enough to find out.
-
Step 2
Put the scooped out avocado into a bowl and mash it up.
-
Step 3
Add in a bit of salsa. Not a ton, but a good bit will do. Now, stir it up.
-
Step 4
Add in some garlic powder and lemon and pepper seasoning to taste. It's really a matter of personal preference. I put a good bit of it in mine, so it really just depends on you.
-
Step 5
Now ENJOY! It only took five minutes and it's awesome. Just a simple recipe for people who don't want to take the time with all the fresh onions and tomatoes.
