To straighten hair naturally

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Coconut juice
  • Lime Juice
  1. Step 1

Fresh coconut can be used as a hair straightener.

  2. Step 2

Grind fresh coconut in a blender and get a glassful of juice.

  3. Step 3

Add lime juice (squeeze the juice of one lime) into the coconut juice glass and stir well.

  4. Step 4

Refrigerate until a creamy foam develops on the top.

  5. Step 5

Massage the cream into the scalp(to roots) and take steam for hair for 20 minutes/ or else you can even cover the hair with wet hot towel for an hour.

  6. Step 6

    Wash out with shampoo cleanly.

  7. Step 7

This process not only controls the curls, even helps to get rid off dandruff.

Tips & Warnings
  • Repeat several atleast twice a week.
  • If you are allergic to lime/coconut dont try this.

on 10/25/2008 Sounds interesting. I don't like the smell of coconut but the lime could be ok. It's mostly just for the front of my hair.

on 10/18/2008 This sounds so interesting, definately going to have to try this. My hair is so frizzy, curly, and rarely managable. If it doesn't work,it will atleast relax it a bit!
