Are you a skinny emo looking kid who wants to look like more of a bad ass and less like a whimp? Read this to found out how.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Protein
  • Protein
  • Bigger clothes
  1. Step 1

You're one of the few lucky people that have a high metabolism, which means no matter how much you eat you never get any bigger than a pole. Instead of depressing yourself with your sickly appearance, turn your burden into a gift!

Firstly, you must understand why you don't gain weight, besides your high metabolism you probably eat very unhealthy and unbalanced meals, and most likely you do little physical activity. (oxymornonish I know)

  2. Step 2

To gain weight, simply eliminate your constraints. Of course you cant alter your metabolism that much, but you can alter what you eat. What you need is protein, protein is the root of the growth of all body cells. If you up your intake of protein dramatically you will most definitely see an increase in weight. Foods that contain lots of protein include all dairy products, nuts, meat, poultry. The great thing about your gift is you can continue to eat whatever you like, you just simply have to add more protein on top of what you already love to eat.

  3. Step 3

Don't get fat, exercise! Sure, exercising seems like the last thing you want to do when trying to gain weight, but weight and resistant training builds muscles, and muscles way much more than fat! Try and lift some sort of weights at least a couple times a week at first, and if you enjoy it continue to do so until you're one buff dude or dudet.

Tips & Warnings
  • Look at the nutrition facts label to find food with the most protein
  • Don't rush, drastic weight gain is unsafe.
