Tired of your parents not letting you be where you want when you wanna be there? simply go when they aren't aware! Read this for the best tips on not getting caught

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Something to do
  • an exit/entry point
  • light feet
  1. Step 1

First thing's first, decide where and what you wanna do! sneaking out at night can have some pretty steep consequences, so make the adventure worth while just incase you do get caught.

  2. Step 2

After you've decided on where to go, now we have to figure out how to get out of the house. You need to choose an exit point that is furthest away from your parents sleeping quarters in order to make as little audible noise as possible. the best solution is ground level window. but something simple as walking out the basement door sometimes works even better.

  3. Step 3

Now that you've picked an exit point it's time to strategize when and how to exit. Monitor your parents sleeping habits, and learn when they are in the deepest sleep. This is usually in the early hours of the morning such as 2-4 am, depending when they fall asleep and when they wake up. Remember to choose a time that allows you to go out, have fun, and still come back before they're awake!

  4. Step 4

    Excuses:
If you are caught, think quickly and never admit to sneaking out! If you wake your parents when coming back in, say you were up getting water or going to the bathroom, or better yet you thought you heard someone trying to break in and you were going to save the day!
As contradictory as it sounds, keeping your parent's trust is extremely important to future breakouts, if they trust you they wont check on you at night time, and wont even think you'd dare attempt such a feat. Always keep on their good side.

Tips & Warnings
  • Only sneak out if the event your doing is worth the risk
  • Dont leave the window open or door ajar!
  • open as few doors as possible, squeaking doors are the number one cause to captures.
  • be quiet! if noise has to be made, try and make the noise as constant as possible, constant noise is less likely to wake someone than short bursts of noise.
