How to clean an automatic drip coffee pot
Do you enjoy a good cup of coffee? Maybe it is your morning cup of coffee or how about a nice after dinner, maybe with dessert or even a good friend and conversaton? To get the best cup of coffee from your coffee pot it is necessary to clean your pot regularly especially for health reasons as algae and bacteria and even mold can grow inside the tank of where you put the water into your coffee pot. Refill the coffee pot with cool water and refill the water tank, turn the pot on, allowing it to run through rinsing the water chamber and coffee pot. Once this is done, discard, refill and repeat one time.
Tips & Warnings
When discarding the warm vinegar or water when refilling use cool water not cold this can cause the glass carafe to break or crack.
