How to make lemonade cookies

how to make lemonade cookies!! they are so good :)

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 1 cup of butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 cup of sugar
• 3 cups of sifted flour
• 6 oz. can of frozen lemonade concentrate thawed

1. Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs and beat together until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and soda and add alternately to the creamed mixture with the 1/2 cup of lemonade.

2. Drop dough from teaspoon 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 400 degrees until lightly brown around the edges -- about 8 minutes.

3. Last, brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade and sprinkle with sugar. Remove to cooling rack, and taada yummy lemonade cookies :)

Tips & Warnings

• watch the cookies as they cook to be careful not to over cook them
• try other frozen concentrates and see if you can come up with your own recipe
• its easy to burn your self in the last step when brushing on the remainder of the lemonade
