How to deal with a colicky baby and get them to sleep

Don't you wish you cloud stop your babies pain from colic and get some rest

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • towel
  • warm (very warm)
  • warm bottle
  • recieving blanket
Step1
First you want to make sure baby is changed and comfortable.
Step2
Take your towel and dip in the warm water and wring out any excess and gently place on babies tummy. This will help to relieve any gas. Repeat about four to five times. (baby will either pass gas or burp ie; that's how you know its working)
Step3
Now feed baby the warm milk this will also help to alleviate any more gas, wrap baby in receiving blanket and rock to sleep.

Tips & Warnings

  • Massage babies tummy with towel to move the air more efficiently.
  • Make sure water is NOT TOO HOT for baby.
