How to Broil Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce
Salmon can be a tasty dinner option as part of a healthy diet plan. Broiling is a healthier preparation method than frying, and an article from CBC News Health notes that eating broiled or baked fish was shown to reduce the incidence of strokes in study participants, according to 2005 data from the Archives of Internal Medicine. The teriyaki in this recipe serves as a sweet foil to this savory, omega-3 packed fish. Look for a low-sodium soy sauce when making the teriyaki glaze to keep your dinner healthy. Pair this dish, which serves four, with a vegetable such as sauteed snow peas and steamed rice for a well-rounded meal. Does this Spark an idea?
