If you are interested in learning how to eat a clean diet in order to help obtain the bodytype you long for, this article will help you out.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Plain yogurt is a good source of protein. Eat several times a day. Aim for eating at least 5-6 smalls meals each day. You should try to eat every 2-3 hours. This will keep your metabolic rate up and your body will burn more fat.
Step2
Eat lean protein and complex carbohydrates at every meal. Think fish, nuts, eggs, whole grains...etc.
Step3
Glass of Ice Water Drink plenty of water every day. It's important to stay hydrated, especially if you live an active lifestyle. Try to drink at least 2 liters of water each day.
Step4
Never ever skip a meal. Breakfast is especially important. Your body is already fasting when you wake up in the morning so you need to add nutrients to your body as soon as you can (to "break" the fast). When you skip meals your body's metabolic rate slows down.
Step5
Be sure to get enough essential fatty acids every day. Fatty acids are the "good fats" that your body needs on a daily basis. Fish are a great source. You could also take an Omega 3 fish oil supplement each day to be sure you're getting enough fatty acids.
Step6
Eat plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains. These should make up the remainder of your diet.

Tips & Warnings

  • Try to stay away from sugar and artificial sweeteners.
