INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup margarine
1 Tablespoon hot water
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup shredded zucchini
1/3 cup chocolate chips -
Step 2
Melt margarine and water together. Add brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Combine dry ingredients with margarine mixture. Add nuts and zucchini.

Spread batter into a 9" square baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
