Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla -
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips, margarine, condensed milk, water and vanilla. Cook stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Step 3
Spoon warm sauce over your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
To reheat, combine desired amount with a little water and stir until heated through.
