Need a way to release your stress and anxiety within your home? Here is some advice to help guide you.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Private area
  • Lavender scented product
  • Sleepy Time Tea Bags x2
  • Tea Kettle and Cup
  1. Step 1

    Lavender Field

    Fill your space with lavender. Take your choice lavender product: candle, inscent, oil essences, seed pillow, etc, and allow the space to surround itself with the aroma.

  2. Step 2
    Sleepy Time Tea
     
    Sleepy Time Tea

    While space is filling with aroma, prepare your self a cup of Sleepy Time Tea. Take two bags of Sleepy Time Tea and seep in boiled water for no more less than five minutes. Sweeten to liking.

  3. Step 3
    Indulge
     
    Indulge

    Enter back to your personal space with your tea. Sit back and indulge yourself in your stress relieving personal space.

Tips & Warnings
  • Personal Space should have a window, for ideas on how to make a personal space see resources below.
  • The less sugar in tea the better (sugar will cause increase heart rate).
  • Candle anointed with oil essences works best.
  • Lavender scent is very powerful, if you have asthma, a cold, bronchitis I advise not using this method.
  • Drowsiness may occur.
