Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 pounds of unpeeled shrimp, leave heads on
- 2 cups of water
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup (or 1/2 small can tomato sauce)
- 5 slices bread, slightly torn into pieces
- salt, pepper, Tony's seasoning, garlic and dried parsley to taste

Step 1
In a large, heavy skillet, cook onion in vegetable oil until clear.

Step 2
Add shrimp, water and ketchup, mixing gently. Bring ingredients to a boil then simmer for about 15 minutes, leaving some water.

Add bread to thicken sauce. Season to desired taste.
