Things You'll Need:
- 2 large onions, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 can beer, warm
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- vegetable oil for frying

Step 1
In a medium bowl, add flour and just enough beer to make the batter the consistency of pancake mix.

Step 2
Dredge onion rings into batter, gently knocking off excess.

Step 3
Fry in hot oil until onion rings are golden brown and float.

Step 4
Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and place on a tray lined with paper towels (to absorb any excess oil).
