1. You must first download Mozilla Firefox as this is the best browser for the job. Start up Firefox, go to Tools -> Options, Select the Privay tab, then on the bottom in the "Private Data" Section Press 'Settings' and check off every checkbox. Press OK. Now whenever you close firefox it will ask to delete all of those things, just hit OK everytime, and I do mean everytime. This will remove all cookies and temporary files that eBay / Paypal stores about you

Now we have to create a new name for us. Google "register business [your city]" and find where in your city you can register a Doing Business As name. Make up a name that looks like a real persons and use that as your DBA. Note: In my e-book I show you how to fully bypass this step, without having to create a new DBA for this. You will now need a new address for your new person. You can get a virtual address that will forward your mail to you. Google around for a place that does this. Do not use P.O. boxes as eBay/Paypal frowns on this and you will have a good chance of being suspended.

Time for a new bank account and a new credit card so that you will be able to proove your new identity exists to eBay and Paypal. You have to get a new bank account that has never been used with Paypal in order to sign up to it. The credit card has to have your made up identities' name, address and phone number on it because when verifying Paypal, they will check the card if it matches to what you entered during sign-up.
You have to get a gift card credit card in order for this step to work. You can get them at many places online and in some stores. Now you have a new name, address, phone number, bank account and a new credit card; all with whatever info you wanted to put on them. Don't worry, this new person is fully 100% legal. You have not broken any laws.

Now one of the most important steps - getting a new IP address. The simplest way for eBay or Paypal to link multiple accounts is to match their IP address. The best way to get a new IP address is of course Dialup because every time you connect, it gives you a whole new IP address. So get yourself Dialup before making your eBay/Paypal accounts.
