Things You'll Need:
- corn shaver (available in any drug store)
- pumice stone
- foot cream
- cotton socks
-
Step 1
Run a bath. Sit back and relax.
-
Step 2
After your soak, take the corn shaver (I don't know if that is what it is called but you get the idea)and shave off the hard skin from the heels and balls of your feet.
-
Step 3
Use the pumice stone and scrub the bottom of your feet. Make sure to pay close attention to where you shaved to smooth the edges. You can also do the top and sides, just don't use as much pressure.
-
Step 4
After you get out of the tub, rub the foot cream into your feet. You don't have to spend on lot on the cream. Petroleum jelly works just as good, but it doesn't smell as nice!
-
Step 5
Put on your socks and wear them as long as you can stand it. Personally they drive me crazy so I don't make it very long but any amount you can stand helps.
-
Step 6
I only use the shaver about once a week but I do the pumice stone every time I am in the bath or shower.

on 8/16/2008 Rubbing baby oil into feet and putting socks on before bed is a soft-and-smooth method too. Thank you for this.
