You will love making juice from fresh vegetables and fruits. It's easy, nutritious, and quick.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a good juice extractor
  • assorted veggies / fruits
  • knife
  • container for expelled juice
  • paper towels
  • cutting board
  1. Step 1

Shop for fresh fruits - selecting organic veggies and fruits if you so desire.Pick 2 to 5 vegetables and/or fruits that will combine well together.

This is not so difficult. You can get recipe books and download so many recipes from the internet.

  2. Step 2

Wash you fruite and veggies. (See my article on how to clean fruts and veggies naturally here on this site.)

  3. Step 3

Assemble your juice extractor. I have a Breville Extractor and find it to be the very best juicer ever!

  4. Step 4

Cut the stems off your fruits and veggies. You should not need to peel them - and in fact, the skins provide extra fiber and nutrients

  5. Step 5

Place the fruits and veggies into your juice shute and press down with the tool that will be provided with your juicer.

  6. Step 6

Mix the juice and pour into a glass either with ice or without ice. Drink and enjoy.

Be sure to drink all juice within 24 hours to conserve all nutrients.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use lemon as an ingredient in most juices. It gives a tangy and fresh taste to most juice combinations.
  • Do not mix fruits with tomatoes - the combination will not be very tasty.
