Milk baths are a luxurious way to pamper yourself on a budget. They soften and moisturize your skin, it also helps break down dead skin cells. Ginger has a spicy earthy scent and it has been used as an aphrodisiac for its entire known existence. This bath will make you feel soft and sexy.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 teaspoon ginger essential oil
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • Full bathtub
Step1
Whisk the powdered milk and hot water together. Stir in the ginger.
Step2
Run the bath water.
Step3
While the tub is filling pour the milk mixture into the running water.
Step4
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Essential oils should always be diluted.
