Sign up for one of their trips. They take reservations year round but are mostly open during the spring and summer, so plan your day trip around those times.

Go through their informative safety lesson. Every trip involves this safety lesson and covers things like your life vest, helmet, boating safety and things to look out for while in the water.

Take the Deerfield River Family Float Trip. On this trip, you will travel eight miles down the river in a large family raft that holds up to 8 people. You will travel through several rapids and even enjoy a riverside snack halfway through the trip.

Take out a self-guiding Funyak if you traveling with a smaller group. The Funyak is an inflatable kayak that glides smoothly along the Deerfield River. You are on your own in this fun and exciting trip that also includes squirt guns.

Step 5
Enjoy a leisurely swim in the middle of the river. At any time during your trip, you can put your boat or Funyak on top of a rock and have a fun swim in the refreshing waters.

Step 6
Watch a slideshow presentation of your trip at the end of the day. A photographer captures all of the fun highlights of your rafting trip that you can watch on a flat-screen television when the trip has completed.

Step 7
Shop through the large souvenir store at their base camp. They offer t-shirts, hats, cameras and a lot of other products that you can help remember your trip by.

Eat hot dogs, burgers, and other foods at the end-of-the-day cook-out. The staff at CrabApple hosts this fun and exciting cook-out that is a great way to end the day.
