Things You'll Need:
- 5 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 seeded and minced jalapenos
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, pepper, parsley, cilantro to tase

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. yes, it's that simple.

Serve with tortilla chips or use in any other way you want. Seal and refrigerate when not in use.
