    • Orange juice
    • Olive oil
    • Rose water
    • Baby oil
    • Sweet almond oil
    • Raw honey
    • Powdered milk

        Apply a facial mask in the morning to before bathing. Mix 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp. of orange juice, 1 tsp. of olive oil and a few drops of rose water. Apply evenly to your face and leave for 15 minutes before bathing.

        Use a natural oil on your skin as a moisturizer, applying as soon after bathing as possible to help trap humidity into your skin. You might use baby oil, olive oil or even sweet almond oil, apply evenly yet sparingly. Make sure that you pay special attention to areas around the eyes, nose, forehead and mouth where wrinkles are generally born.

        Moisten your skin with a spritz of water at midday and then reapply your moisturizing oil. This is a particularly important step if your skin begins to feel tight and dry or if you are exposed to extreme heat, extreme cold or changing temperatures throughout the day.

        Treat yourself to a healing beauty mask 2 or 3 times a week to help moisturize dry skin. Mix 1 whole egg, 1 tsp. of raw honey, 1/2 tsp. of olive oil and a few drops of rose water and apply evenly to your face and neck. Rinse with lukewarm water after about 15 minutes and then apply your choses moisturizing oil.

        Take a warm milk bath once a week to help hydrate and soften dry skin, as well as reduce irritation commonly caused by excessive dryness. Draw a bath and add 1 and 1/2 cups of powdered milk, 1/2 tsp. of sweet almond oil and 20 drops of lavender essential oil. Soak for at least 15 minutes and then apply your choice of moisturizing oil on the skin after leaving the bath.

    • Use mineral water for washing your skin whenever possible, as the deposits in tap water often have a drying effect. Additionally, always use lukewarm water for washing, never hot or cold.

    • Drink at least 6 glasses of water per day, with the first one upon rising. Your skin needs water to stay moisturized.
