Businesses change constantly. That is just a fact. Having a boss who refuses to change with the times can make your job difficult. In some cases, a stubborn boss can hurt business.

4. Do your job to the best of your ability. Your boss will be more likely to implement changes to accommodate a good worker than she will be to accommodate a slacker.
