How to Make a Strawberry Foot Scrub

If your feet are rough and dry and just not ready for sandal season, restore them as you slough away dead, dry skin with some homemade strawberry foot scrub. Strawberry foot scrub smells wonderful, and it will make your feet feel tingly and smooth.

Things You'll Need

• Small mixing bowl
• Fork
• 8 to 10 fresh strawberries
• 2 tbsp. sweet almond oil
• 1 tsp. vitamin E oil
• 1 tsp. sea salt

Instructions

1. Put 8 to 10 strawberries in a small mixing bowl and mash them with a fork.

2. Mix 2 tbsp. of sweet almond oil, 1 tsp. of vitamin E oil and 1 tsp. of sea salt with the mashed strawberries until the mixture forms a thick paste.

3. Massage the strawberry foot scrub into your feet, and continue rubbing them for several minutes to remove dead, dry skin. Concentrate on your heels and any other dry areas.

4. Rinse your feet with warm water and dry them thoroughly with a soft towel. Apply a light moisturizer to your feet before you put your shoes on.

Tips & Warnings

• You can substitute course, Kosher salt for sea salt.

• You can substitute any high quality edible oil for sweet almond oil.
