      Soak your fingertips in a small bowl of cold pressed olive oil for a few minutes every day. When you're done, massage the oil lightly into your cuticles.

      Break open a vitamin E capsule and massage the oil into your fingernails. Repeat every evening before bed.

      Place 2 tbsp. of dried nettle and 2 tbsp. of oat straw in a cup, and fill the cup with boiling water. Cover and let the herbs steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Drink 3 cups daily.
