Instructions

    • 1

Buy the fabric trim and outdoor thread. You can find these at a hobby or arts and crafts store. Make sure the trip is a little heavy so it will lay on the ground. If it's too light, your speed and agility ladder will float away.

    • 2

Measure two 15-foot lengths of the trim. This is how long your ladder will be. If you want your ladder to be longer measure longer lengths. Cut the trim with scissors.

    • 3

Lay the two pieces of 15 -foot trim beside each other. Measure 17-inch lengths 3 inches from the end of each trim. Mark every 17 inches with a sharpie pen. You'll end up with two 15-foot trims each marked with a sharpie every 17 inches.

    • 4

Cut the remaining trim into 36-inch lengths. Mark each of these lengths at the 10- and 26- inch points.

    • 5

Lay your measured and cut trim out on the ground. Line up the sharpie marks to form ladder boxes.

    • 6

Wrap the canvas thread over the trim's junction points. Make a figure 8 to secure the trim together.

Tips & Warnings

  • If your trim frays at the end you can put scotch or athletic tape on it.

  • You can attach a dowel at the ends to roll up the speed and agility ladder.
