Step 1
Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Lean forward and wrap a yoga strap around the balls of both feet and then sit upright with your spine tall and straight. Pull back on the strap to keep your feet flexed and toes drawn in towards your chest throughout the both feet big toe pose.

Step 2
Inhale deeply as you lift through the spine and then exhale and slowly roll back onto your shoulders, lifting your feet straight into the air. Maintain a firm grip on the ends of the yoga strap and inhale into this position.

Step 3
Exhale and extend your legs overhead, lifting your hips and back off of the ground. Lower your legs until your toes touch the ground behind you so that you are resting on your head, neck and shoulders.

Step 4
Breath deeply into the pose, keeping your knees straight as you slowly try to inch your hands up the strap, closer to your toes. Hold the pose for five deep breaths and then exhale as you roll down your spine, release the strap and lower your legs to the floor.

Step 5
Practice the both feet big toe pose with the yoga strap until you can comfortable grip your big toes between your thumbs and index fingers.
