Don't toss those leftover lemons and limes! It takes just minutes to put them to good use.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Cut any leftover lemons and limes in half and juice them using a manual or electric juicer.

  2. Step 2

Pour the juice into ice cube trays and place in the freezer.

  3. Step 3

When the cubes are frozen, remove them and place them in a plastic bag.

  4. Step 4

Any time you have a recipe that calls for small amounts of lemon or lime juice, simply thaw as many cubes as required.
