Things You'll Need:
- Blender
- 1 Tab Instant Espresso
- 1 Cup Fat-Free No Sugar Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
- 3 tab of Sugar or Sugar Substitute
- 4 Ice Cubes

Step 1
Add the above ingredients into blender

Blend until smooth

Step 3
Add low fat whipped cream if you like. This serves two
