Step1
1. On Friday night you have to make a plan for the next few days. Write down all your meals and try hard to stick to the planned meals. If you go out drinking, limit yourself to one drink, an appetizer and a salad.

2. On Saturday, eat a nice healthy breakfast. I like oatmeal, bowl of fruit, turkey sausages links, orange juice and sweet tea. For lunch have a nice salad with sliced grilled chicken. You can have a nice dinner, but remember to eat early in the day.

3. All weekend you should make sure to stretch. Stretching will keep you nice and loose so when you start exercising on Monday you will feel great.

4. On Sunday, eat a nice breakfast again and start to get ready mentally to begin working out again on Monday. It is helpful if you have an accountability partner to help you get through the weekend temptations.
