How to Crochet a Baby Afghan

- Baby Soft Yarn (your color of choice) at least 20 ounces.

Using a G-hook and soft baby yarn, make a chain of 127 stitches.

Work single crochet in each stitch across. Make sure that you work in the back loop only. At the end of the row, chain one for your turning chain; then turn.

Tips & Warnings
Colors such as pale yellow, green and white are perfect when unsure of the baby's gender.
Alternate two or three colors if you prefer.
When making baby blankets it is best to use yarn that is soft and gentle on baby's skin. Choose yarn designed for baby or use organic cotton yarn if you prefer.

Very easy and relativaly fast. This is the first large project that I did in crocheting and was able to finish it with little difficulty. Just as a reference, I used the Bernat Sofee yarn and I needed about 3 skeins. -
