Do your research about the school. Look at its website. Read the mission statement and teaching philosophy. Check and see if the school is mentioned by parents or students on other sites as well. Find out as much as you can from on-line and newspaper sources about the school.

Know the standard teacher interview questions ahead of time:Why do you want to be a teacher? What is your teaching philosophy? What is your biggest strength? What is your weakness? Where do you see yourself five years from now? How would you deal with student discipline issues? What units of study/particular books would you include in your curriculium?

Practice answering these questions with a friend until you feel more comfortable. Have your friend ask you these questions in a different order each time you practice so you can handle them in any order.

Remember to ask questions about the school and your job responsibilities. Keep in mind that an interview is a two-way process. They want to know about you and you want to learn about them. You are both deciding if you are a good fit for the school.
