How to Improve Health With Vinegar
Ancient cultures were aware of the amazing benefits of vinegar, from food to hygiene to sanitation. Vinegar was literally the world’s first disinfectant.The first recorded use of vinegar was by the Babylonians in 5,000 BC. They fermented the fruit of date palms. In modern times, vinegar is cheap and easy to find and can be used to improve your health. Keep vinegar on hand and add it to your personal regimen or as a treatment for certain health issues. Treat Asthma. Add one tablespoon of cider vinegar to a glass of water and sip it over a 30 minute period. The wheezing should lessen and when, combined with some deep breathing exercises, result in a beneficial treatment.

Improve bones. Drinking cider vinegar can add manganese, magnesium, silicon, and calcium which have all been linked to sustaining bone mass. It is especially useful for post menopausal women.

Alleviate stiffness and swelling. For a stiff muscles, take a half vinegar and half warm water solution, and soak a rag in it, then wring out the rag and wrap the sore area. If necessary, wrap with plastic wrap and then a towel and leave overnight. For bruises, follow the same method but use cold water and hold the compress in place with a towel or sports wrap.

Treat a cold. The pH factor of your body becomes a bit more alkaline prior to getting a cold or flu. Take cider vinegar to re-balance the acid level in your body.

Flush your kidneys. The kidneys and the bladder can benefit from some cider therapy. Flush them by taking 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glass of water six times a day.

Soothe a sore throat. Gargle with apple cider vinegar and water to provide relief for a sore throat. Use a 50/50 mixture, and spit after gargling. Repeat every hour. Rinse your mouth to avoid tooth decay.
