Colleges and universities provide human resource degrees, often called Management and Labor Relation degrees, which provide students with degrees for higher positions within companies upon graduation.     This is defintely a lot of good info. I work in the health insurance industry, and a lot of employers forget to learn a lot about COBRA. It would have been good for their HR to have had that training!
