Things You'll Need:
- A computer
- Paint, or a similar program

Step 1
Hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard.When your screen contains the image that you want to capture, hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It will seem as if nothing has happened but you will soon see that it has.

Step 2
Choose Edit, and then Paste.Open up MS Paint or a similar program (Paint can be found under Accessories in the My Programs section of the Start menu.) Choose 'Edit' and then 'Paste' (or hold down the Ctrl button and the V button at the same time) and your screenshot will appear.

Step 3
Edit your screenshot as desired. You may want to crop it to focus on the part of the image that is most important.

Step 4
Save the image and then upload it like you would any other picture. It's that simple!
