How to Create HTML Email Signatures
Every email provider is different. While some will automatically convert your email signature into an HTML signature, others may require an HTML code, especially if the signature option does not automatically convert link addresses. Remembering a simple HTML code will become second nature to you the more often you use it. Read on to learn how to create HTML email signatures.

1
Access the option to add a signature in an email. For example, in AOL, you would visit "Settings" and "Compose" to get to "Signature." In Yahoo!, you would visit "Options," "Mail Options" and "Signature."
-
2
Type the signature (into the text box) with the HTML website that you'd like to use. If the email provider uses Rich Text Format, then when you add a space after the HMTL link, then the link should automatically be clickable.

Add the following code, in case your computer does not have Rich Text Format editing: <a href=["insert website link, and erase the brackets around this message"]>[insert title of website or whatever message you want to be clickable]</a>. Example: <a href="htttp://www.shamontiel.com">shamontiel.com</a>. If your web provider accepts HTML in the signature, the only part of the code that should show up would've been www.shamontiel.com as a clickable link.

Click on the link to make sure it works.
