Step 1
All of the plays produced by Lunch Time Theater are the work of up and coming troupes. A variety of offerings - musicals, dramas, comedies and monologues - are on tap. Check website (below) for current schedule. Doors open on show dates at 11:40. Plan to arrive early to grab a seat and have plenty of time to eat your lunch before the show begins at 12:10.

Tickets are $6. Reservations can be made by calling ahead.You can bring a lunch or request a brown bag lunch ($5.50-$6.50) to be held for you at the theater. Lunches must be ordered by phone prior to the show.A local bistro caters the lunches, which usually consist of a sandwich, chips or fruit and a cookie.

Most of the shows offer a preview performance on Monday nights at 7. Tickets are $3 (actors with resumes and headshots can attend for free).

Shows often sell out, so call ahead to reserve a seat, or pre-reserve a block of seats for a party of 10 or more.Those who have pre-ordered lunch will also be guaranteed a seat until the show starts.

At the conclusion of the show, the actors are on hand to thank each audience member for attending. It's a great way to tap into the local art scene and show support for the theater community.Attendees are also asked to complete a survey; a drawing is held of completed surveys for tickets to a future performance.Herberger's Lunch Time Theater is located at 222 E.
